On June 24, a fatal collision occurred in Yerevan. At around 10:00, a 'Kia' brand car hit a female pedestrian on Artsakh Avenue, in front of the 'Ani' department store.

As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports from the scene, the driver did not flee, called an ambulance, and provided assistance with employees from a nearby oil change shop and the department store until the ambulance arrived.

The arriving ambulance crew transported her to the hospital, but the pedestrian died on the way without regaining consciousness. For the driver's safety, law enforcement officers moved him to a safe place, the source reports.
