European Platform of Regulatory Authorities Convenes in Yerevan

The 62nd conference of the European Platform of Regulatory Authorities (EPRA) is being held in Yerevan, with the participation of representatives from 56 regulatory bodies from 47 countries. The main topics of discussion are disinformation, propaganda, hate speech, and the challenges of artificial intelligence. The Chairman of the TRC, Tigran Hakobyan, and the President of EPRA, Stephanie Comin, emphasized the importance of media pluralism, freedom, and effective regulation strategies. The participants agree that joint efforts are necessary to form a healthy and responsible media environment.
