EU Proposes €140 Billion Loan for Ukraine Using Russian Assets

The European Commission has proposed providing Ukraine with a €140 billion loan from frozen Russian assets.

According to the publication, the European Commission has submitted the proposal to the EU member states. The issue is to be discussed today by EU ambassadors, and next week by European leaders during a meeting in Copenhagen.
