EU Preparing 20th Sanctions Package Against Russia

The European Union is working on the creation of the 20th package of sanctions against the Russian Federation. This was announced by the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Kaja Kallas, after a meeting in Berlin with German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius and other colleagues.

"Wars are lost by those who run out of money or soldiers first," she emphasized.

Kallas also praised the latest US sanctions against Russian oil companies.

"Sanctions are more effective when they are complemented by the support of international partners," Kallas was quoted as saying by the German publication Bild.
