EEC Council Discusses Issues Faced by Armenian Drivers in Russia

Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan participated in the regular meeting of the Eurasian Economic Council via video conference, the agenda of which included more than a dozen issues. During the meeting, the issue of limiting the duration of stay of drivers from Armenia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan in the Russian Federation was also discussed.

During the discussion, the Russian side informed that it understands the urgency of the problem and is working on a solution. It was also noted that a draft legal act on making relevant changes to the current law is currently circulating in the relevant bodies of the Russian Federation.
