Declaration Simplified: Relief for Citizens or Admission of Failure?

The system of universal income declaration for individuals, which has been the subject of heated discussions since its introduction, is on the agenda again. This time, however, the government is initiating a significant simplification of the process. The "Civil Contract" faction is circulating a legislative amendment that will effectively abolish the requirement of mandatory confirmation of the declaration for the majority of the population.
