Criminal prosecution against former head of Nor Nork and 3 employees.

The preliminary investigation of criminal proceedings initiated in the Yerevan City Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee regarding the brawl that took place in the office of the former head of the Nor Nork administrative district and the disrespectful attitude shown by an activist and a council member towards the administrative district staff on the previous day has been completed. The two initiated criminal proceedings have been merged into one proceeding.

During the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings, public criminal prosecution was initiated against the former head of the Nor Nork administrative district and 3 staff members under Article 167, Part 2, Point 7 of the Criminal Code (causing medium-gravity harm to health by a group of persons), against H.S. under Article 167, Part 2, Point 1 (causing medium-gravity harm to health to a person or their close relative or loved one in connection with that person's performance of their state, political, service, professional, or public activities or duties), and against A.Ch. and M.M. under Article 297, Part 2, Points 1 and 3 (hooliganism committed by a group of persons).
