Court Orders Confiscation of Illicit Assets from Manvel Grigoryan's Heirs

On June 28, 2022, the Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit with the court for the confiscation of property of illicit origin against the heirs of former National Assembly deputy Manvel Grigoryan and persons affiliated with him. This is reported by the RA Prosecutor's Office.
The Anti-Corruption Court, with its verdict of October 10, 2025, partially satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office.
Specifically, after the verdict enters into legal force, the following properties will be confiscated from the heirs of Manvel Grigoryan and persons affiliated with him in favor of the Republic of Armenia:
  1. A property on Mashtots Street in the Vagharshapat community of Armavir province.
  2. A residential house on Alaverdyan Street in the Vagharshapat community.
  3. A semi-constructed residential house in the Arshaluys community of Armavir province.
  4. A residential house on Sparapet Vazgen Sargsyan Street in the Vagharshapat community.
  5. A residential house in the Andranik district of the Vagharshapat community.
  6. A residential house in the Charents 1st district of the Vagharshapat community.
  7. A semi-constructed residential house in the A. Manukyan district of the Vagharshapat community.
  8. A land plot on 17th Street in the Arshaluys settlement of Armavir province.
  9. A public development land plot on Z. Andranik Avenue in the Mikroshrjan district of the Hrazdan community of Kotayk province.
  10. A MAYBACH car.
  11. A TOYOTA LC 200 4.0 car, a GAZ 22 car, a GAZ 24 car, a GAZ 24-02 car, and a MOSKVICH 407 car.
  12. The right to claim a loan of 254 million drams given to a wine and brandy factory.
  13. The right to claim a loan of 33 million drams given to an open joint-stock company.
  14. A deposit of about 9 thousand US dollars in two banks.
  15. The right to claim a loan of 14 million 592 thousand drams given to an open joint-stock company.
  16. The right to claim a loan of 4 million 777 thousand drams given to the "Grigor Lusavorich" University of Ejmiatsin.
  17. A 15.9456% share in a limited liability company.
  18. Deposits of 14 million 715 thousand drams and 300 US dollars in a bank.
  19. 224 thousand drams as an expense not justified by legal income.
  20. 14 million 654 thousand drams as a balance of illegal funds.
The Prosecutor General's Office will file an appeal regarding the rejected part of the lawsuit.
