China Welcomes Armenia's Membership in AIIB

The Chinese side welcomes Armenia's membership in the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) and is ready to deepen cooperation with the Armenian side within the AIIB framework and jointly support the AIIB to better serve the infrastructure construction and sustainable development needs of its developing members.

This was stated by Chinese President Xi Jinping during a meeting with Nikol Pashinyan at the Shanghai summit.
