China Denies Report on Sending Peacekeepers to Ukraine

The official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, Lin Jian, noted that Beijing's position on the Ukrainian issue is consistent.

Beijing is not going to send military groups to Ukraine as part of security guarantees. This was stated by the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the PRC, Lin Jian, at a briefing, commenting on the publication in the Welt newspaper.

"This information does not correspond to reality. China's position on the Ukrainian issue is clear and consistent," the diplomat noted.
