China Builds Russia-China Cargo Port in Suifenhe

In the city of Suifenhe, a Russian-Chinese international cargo port is being intensively built, which will contribute to the quality development of the local economy. This is reported by Xinhua, citing the city government.

The project occupies an area of 23,738 square meters, and the total volume of investments for its implementation will be about 16.8 million US dollars. The functions of the new project include a high-class international center for the display, storage, and distribution of goods, modern "star"-level office buildings, as well as high-class themed hotels, and more.

Thanks to the creation of a smart logistics system, the new project will provide an opportunity to support e-commerce enterprises with powerful infrastructure and smart services so that the latter can master the markets of Russia and Eastern Europe, promote the free movement of goods, technologies, and capital, and also stimulate the process of regional economic integration.
