Cherkasy McDonald's Hostage-Taker Injures Himself

The man who opened fire at a McDonald's restaurant in Cherkasy wounded himself. He has been hospitalized. Ukrainian media reported this, citing law enforcement agencies. "This person locked himself in the bathroom and inflicted injuries on himself. He is now hospitalized," the source reported.

According to the media, his wife was brought in to negotiate with him. His demands and motives are currently being clarified.

It is recalled that special forces stormed a McDonald's in the Ukrainian city of Cherkasy, where an armed man had taken hostages and later locked himself in the bathroom.
