In connection with the gas explosion that occurred in building 4 on Tigran Mets Street in Chambarak, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure are jointly carrying out necessary actions arising from the situation. The MIA has disseminated a message about this.

At the interdepartmental level, with the involvement of regional and community authorities, work is underway in various directions, including assessing the needs of the building's residents, providing necessary medication, food, and shelter if the need arises, neutralizing the consequences of the incident, and other primary areas.

Search and rescue operations on site, involving around 230 rescue service employees and police officers, are being led by Kamo Tsutsulyan, Director of the Rescue Service and Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.

Search and rescue measures are continuing intensively.
