Central Bank of Armenia Warns of Phishing Emails

The Central Bank informs that phishing emails are being sent on behalf of the Central Bank from a number of fake email addresses, including [email protected]. Files are attached to the emails.

"We inform you that the mentioned emails are viral and fake.

We urge you to:

• not open the attached files.

• not click on the links placed in the email.

• immediately delete such emails.

The Central Bank has no connection with these emails and never disseminates information or documents in such a way and from such email addresses.

We ask you to be vigilant and follow the basic rules of cybersecurity," the message says.
