Catholicos Garegin II Meets with Armenian Assembly Leaders

On September 14, His Holiness Garekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, received Co-Chairman of the Armenian Assembly of America (AAA) Oscar Tatosian, former Co-Chairman Anthony Barsamian, and Executive Director Bryan Ardouny at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.

During the conversation, reference was made to the internal and external challenges facing the Armenian people and the motherland, and the issues of protecting the just rights of the forcibly displaced Artsakh Armenians.

The importance of strengthening national unity and consolidating the potential of the worldwide Armenian people was emphasized for the benefit of overcoming difficulties in these difficult times, and for the strengthening and prosperity of the motherland.

His Holiness highly appreciated the consistent efforts of the AAA in protecting the interests of Armenians and strengthening Armenia-Diaspora ties.
