Bloomberg Leaks Details of New EU Sanctions on Russia

n the coming days, a European Union delegation will visit the US to agree on new measures to exert pressure on Moscow. Bloomberg writes about this, citing its sources. This will be the 19th sanctions package since Russia's large-scale invasion. According to the agency, the following measures are being discussed:

Restriction of the activities of Russian banks and energy companies,
Restriction on Russia's payment systems and crypto exchanges,
New obstacles to the export of goods and chemical substances used in the military industry,
Sanctions against buyers of Russian oil and tankers of the "shadow fleet,"
It is possible that the privileges that have been in effect for Rosneft and Lukoil until now will be eliminated, and full sanctions will also be applied against them,
Application of "tools against sanctions evasion," particularly against Kazakhstan, through which various equipment is massively entering Russia,
Restrictions on visas, ports, and even services related to artificial intelligence if they can be used for military purposes.
