He emphasized that this process is regulated exclusively by internal procedures and is not subject to public discussion.

Addressing the circulating videos and expert examinations, the bishop did not confirm this information, referring to his lawyer's response. Bishop Arshak described the events as a manifestation of a campaign against the Armenian Apostolic Church and the Supreme Patriarch, stressing that his position remains unchanged.
