Beglaryan: Artsakh People Will Return to Their Homeland

Former State Minister of Artsakh Artak Beglaryan made a post on the occasion of the second anniversary of the dispossession of the people of Artsakh:

"On the second anniversary of the complete dispossession of the people of Artsakh, let us again promise ourselves that Azerbaijan and its criminal authorities will be punished, and the indigenous Armenian people of Artsakh will return to their Homeland. Individuals and peoples who forget and trample on their fundamental rights and dignity do not deserve a place under the sun," wrote Beglaryan.
