Baku: Armenia Must Take "Concrete Steps" for Peace Treaty

The peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia was initialed in Washington, which is an important step towards the normalization of relations between the countries. This was stated by Elchin Amirbekov, the representative of Aliyev for special assignments.

At the same time, the Baku representative recalled that at this stage we are only talking about initialing and not final signing.

"For the signing and implementation of the peace agreement, the Armenian side must take concrete steps," Amirbekov said, voicing Baku's well-known theses that the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia still contains provisions that contradict the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
