How much did the statue of Charles Aznavour cost?

During a working meeting at Yerevan Municipality on July 21, Deputy Mayor Levon Hovhannisyan announced that approximately 85 million drams have been allocated for the statue of Charles Aznavour.

Let us recall that the idea for the statue was implemented within the framework of events dedicated to the centenary of Charles Aznavour's birth. The statue is named after one of Aznavour's famous songs, "La Bohème". The author is sculptor Davit Minasyan.

The financing for the creation of the statue was fully provided from the budget of the city of Yerevan.
