Azerbaijani "Eco-Activist" Who Blockaded Artsakh is in Yerevan

The representative of the Azerbaijani side, Farhad Mammadov, noted that the parties did not interfere in the formation of each other's delegations. Human rights activist Arman Tatoyan sharply criticized this meeting, describing it as an attempt by the authorities to create an illusion of peace. The delegation was received by the Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, who emphasized the importance of such contacts in the peace process.
