Azerbaijan Puts Forward Preconditions: Mirzoyan Interview

In an interview with Deutsche Welle, Ararat Mirzoyan states that there will be no extraterritorial corridor. Instead, the Armenian-American TRIPP project has been created, which will operate under the sovereignty of Armenia. The project is aimed at unblocking the region's routes and turning Armenia into a transport hub. Mirzoyan also emphasizes that changing the Constitution cannot be Baku's demand, and he sees Armenia's future in a European direction.
