Avinyan on Criticism: We Collected 24 Billion

"It is astonishing how numbers are distorted when instead of the 17 billion drams we planned for last year's architectural and planning assignments and construction permits, we collected 24 billion, and we are accused of collecting too little," stated Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan at the city council meeting.
