Artsakh Parliament Appeals to OSCE to Guarantee Right of Return

The conflict cannot be considered resolved as long as an entire people remains uprooted, deprived of its inalienable rights. This is stated in the appeal-statement issued by the National Assembly of Artsakh, which it addressed to the OSCE participating states.

"We call on you to act in accordance with the founding principles of the OSCE and the obligations of international law. We continue to be ready to cooperate constructively with the OSCE and its member states to find a just and lasting solution and to ensure the safe, peaceful and dignified return of our people to their homeland. Our future and our survival depend on your actions today," the Artsakh parliamentarians noted in particular.
