Artsakh Declares Sept 19 Day of Forced Displacement

By the decision of the National Assembly of Artsakh, September 19 has been declared the Day of Forced Displacement and Demands.
A corresponding amendment has been made to the Artsakh Republic Law "On Holidays and Memorial Days".
