Ester Ayvazyan Replaces Arsen Torosyan as MP in Parliament

The Central Electoral Commission received a protocol from the Speaker of the National Assembly on August 27 stating that the powers of MP Arsen Torosyan have been terminated prematurely. This is reported by the CEC.

At its regular session on August 29, the commission gave the mandate of the MP whose powers were terminated prematurely to the next candidate in the first part of the electoral list of the "Civil Contract" party, Ester Gagiki Ayvazyan.
