Armenian Interior Minister Meets with UAE President

On September 30, Armenian Minister of Internal Affairs Arpine Sargsyan, who is on a working visit to the United Arab Emirates, met with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

During the meeting, the existing friendly relations between the two countries, manifested in close cooperation and recorded successes in various fields, were highly appreciated. The Minister of Internal Affairs emphasized the important role of the leaders of the two countries in the development of these relations.

Arpine Sargsyan emphasized the UAE's great role in providing an important platform for dialogue between Armenia and Azerbaijan in June of this year and expressed her gratitude.

The parties agreed to develop the cooperation agenda between the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Armenia and the UAE.
