Armenian and French Military Leaders Meet in Germany to Deepen Defense Ties

At the invitation of the U.S. European Command, the First Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Edvard Asryan, has been in the Federal Republic of Germany since July 14 to participate in the Conference of European Army Commanders.

Within the framework of the conference, Chief of the General Staff Edvard Asryan had a working meeting with the Commander of the French Land Forces, General Pierre Schill.

During the meeting, issues related to cooperation between the armed forces of Armenia and France were discussed. Lieutenant General Edvard Asryan also had a number of informal meetings with high-ranking military officials from the land forces of the U.S. and European armies.
