Armenian FM Awards Medal to Outgoing Swedish Ambassador

On July 4, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, received the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden to Armenia, Patrik Svensson, on the occasion of the end of his diplomatic mission.

Minister Mirzoyan emphasized Ambassador Svensson's significant contribution, as the first resident ambassador of Sweden to Armenia, to the development and strengthening of Armenia-Sweden relations, adding that his tenure coincided with a difficult period in the world and especially for Armenia.

For his effective work and contribution to the advancement of bilateral relations, Minister Mirzoyan awarded Ambassador Patrik Svensson with the MFA Medal of Honor, wishing him success in his future activities.
