Armenian, Egyptian Defense Ministers Discuss Cooperation

On December 1, RA Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan met with the Minister of Defense of Egypt, General Abdel Magid Sakr. The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Armen Sargsyan, also participated in the meeting.

During the meeting, the parties discussed a number of issues related to the possibilities of cooperation in the defense sector. They also touched upon issues of international and regional security.
