Last week, the delegations of the Deputy Prime Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan met in the border areas of the two countries, in the southern parts of Syunik province and Zangilan district, the office of Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan reported in response to a written inquiry from "Azatutyun".
According to the official clarification, the delegations included representatives of the commission on delimitation of the state border and border security of Armenia and Azerbaijan, from the Ministry of Defense, the National Security Service, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Territorial Administration.
The Deputy Prime Minister's office did not specify when, where, and with what agenda the next meeting of the commissions is planned. They also did not answer the question of from which territories the delimitation process will continue.
