Armenian and French Foreign Ministers Meet in New York

Within the framework of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly, RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France, Jean-Noël Barrot. This is reported by the RA MFA. The interlocutors discussed initiatives aimed at deepening the relations between Armenia and France, in line with the vision of developing a strategic partnership between the two countries and the expressed political will.

Ararat Mirzoyan and Jean-Noël Barrot touched upon issues of interaction in the RA-EU format, as well as on multilateral platforms. Referring to regional issues, Minister Mirzoyan noted that Armenia highly appreciates France's continued support for Armenia's democratic reforms and initiatives aimed at strengthening regional peace.
