Armenian Ambassador, French General Discuss Defense Cooperation

Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to France, Arman Khachatryan, met with the military advisor to the President of France, head of the special military staff, Army General Vincen Giro. This was reported by the RA Embassy in France. During the meeting, a wide range of issues related to the friendly relations between Armenia and France, including defense cooperation, was discussed.

"Ambassador Khachatryan presented the agreements reached between Armenia and Azerbaijan in Washington on August 8 and the efforts made by Armenia towards the institutionalization of the established peace in the South Caucasus," the embassy's statement said.

The interlocutors also touched upon issues related to regional security.
