"What stage are we at in implementing the TRIPP project, and what awaits us in this direction in the near future?" Nikol Pashinyan presented the details during the "Crossroads of Peace: Developing Regional Communications" conference.

"The project has started, created as a result of the August 8 Washington Peace Summit, and the first action we will take, and we are now working on it, which also shows, should show, how the project will be implemented, is to create, so to speak, a written regulatory base. I want to remind you that, in essence, the first stage of creating that base is the Washington Declaration, where the general framework is described. Next will be the creation of a joint legal, legal entity by Armenia and the United States, which will be the TRIPP company. The finalization of the name is also in progress, which will be, as I already said, a jointly founded company by Armenia and the United States, and there will be a board of directors that will manage the company. Armenia and the United States will be represented on the board of directors. And, of course, the distribution on the board of directors will also depend on the shares, around which discussions are currently taking place, but it is important to state that Armenia will have the right of a decisive vote on strategic issues. This is a very important understanding and a very important record," emphasized the RA Prime Minister.
