Armenia, Saudi Arabia to Deepen Economic Ties

RA Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan met with the Minister of Economy and Planning of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Faisal Al-Ibrahim, in Riyadh. The RA Ministry of Economy has released a statement about this.

The possibilities of expanding economic cooperation in the fields of technology, energy, agriculture, and tourism were discussed. The Minister of Saudi Arabia expressed interest in signing a memorandum of cooperation and other documents with the aim of developing trade and economic relations, for the implementation of which bilateral work will be carried out.

Minister Gevorg Papoyan also presented the TRIPP and "Crossroads of Peace" initiatives, as well as Armenia's investment environment, to his counterpart.
