Armenia Raises Flood Compensation for Lori and Tavush Residents

Those affected by the floods in Lori and Tavush will receive 180,000 drams per square meter instead of 148,000. The RA government has made a change to the mechanism for compensating residents affected by the May 2024 floods.

The deadline for submitting applications is also being extended until September 15, 2025.

The project also sets clear requirements. Accordingly, the housing purchase certificate can only be used in the community where the beneficiary is registered.
