33 Personnel Changes Made in Armenia's Prosecutor's Office

By the orders of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, Anna Vardapetyan, for July, August, and September 2025, a number of personnel changes have taken place in the Prosecutor's Office.

In total, 33 personnel changes have been made, from the central apparatus to administrative districts and regions.

Hayk Hovhannisyan has been appointed Head of the Department for Crimes against the Foundations of the Constitutional Order, State and Public Security of the General Prosecutor's Office, being relieved of the post of Deputy Head of the same department.
Vahan Harutyunyan has been appointed Deputy Head of the same department, being relieved of the post of prosecutor of the same department.
Karen Israelyan has been transferred to the post of prosecutor of the same department.
Kim Harutyunyan has been dismissed from his post (Department of Constitutional Order, State and Public Security).
Aristakes Barseghyan has been transferred to the post of Senior Prosecutor of the Department for Supervision over the Legality of the Application of Punishments and Other Coercive Measures.
Hayk Movsesyan has been transferred to the post of prosecutor of the same department.
Garegin Isakhanyan has been transferred to the post of Deputy Military Prosecutor of the Kapan Garrison.
Arsen Kostanyan has been appointed Prosecutor of the Department for Supervision over the Legality of Pre-trial Proceedings in the RA Anti-Corruption Committee, being relieved of the post of Prosecutor of the Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts of Yerevan.
Artashes Harutyunyan has been dismissed from the post of Prosecutor of the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin.
Tatevik Martirosyan has been dismissed from the post of prosecutor of the same department.
Hayk Avetyan has been appointed Senior Prosecutor of the Yerevan City Prosecutor's Office, being relieved of the post of prosecutor of the same office.
Elen Ananyan has been appointed Senior Prosecutor of the Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts, being relieved of the post of prosecutor of the same districts.
Khaluhi Movsisyan has been appointed Senior Prosecutor of the Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts, being relieved of the post of prosecutor of the same districts.
Narek Topuzyan has been transferred to the post of Senior Prosecutor of the Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts.
Davit Badalyan has been appointed Prosecutor of the Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts.
Vahe Gasparyan has been appointed prosecutor of the same administrative districts.
Razmik Minasyan has been appointed prosecutor of the same administrative districts.
Artyom Badalyan has been appointed Senior Prosecutor of the Shengavit administrative district, being relieved of the post of prosecutor of the same district.
Liana Kocharyan has been appointed Senior Prosecutor of the Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts, being relieved of the post of prosecutor of the same districts.
Narek Abrahamyan has been transferred to the post of prosecutor of the Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts.
Ofelya Sirekanyan has been transferred to the post of prosecutor of the Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts.
Ara Davtyan has been transferred to the post of prosecutor of the Ararat region.
Vardan Arsenyan has been transferred to the post of Senior Prosecutor of the Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts.
Norayr Harutyunyan has been appointed prosecutor of the Aragatsotn region.
Davit Khachatryan has been appointed prosecutor of the Tavush region.
Aram Khachatryan has been transferred to the post of Senior Prosecutor of the Shirak region.
Sevada Sargsyan has been dismissed from his post (Gegharkunik region).
Nshan Matevosyan has been dismissed from his post (Armavir region).
Vahe Rafayelyan has been dismissed from the post of Deputy Military Prosecutor of the Republic of Armenia.
Arshak Martirosyan has been transferred to the post of Military Prosecutor of the Yerevan Garrison.
Gevorg Khalatyan has been transferred to the post of Military Prosecutor of the Lori Garrison.
Arman Apresyan has been transferred to the post of Military Prosecutor of the Kapan Garrison.
Avag Harutyunyan has been appointed Prosecutor of the Sisian Garrison Military Prosecutor's Office.
