Armenia National Team Begins Training for WC Qualifiers

The Armenian national team has started a training camp at the FFA Technical Center/Football Academy. Yegishe Melikyan's team is preparing for the 2026 World Cup European zone qualification matches against Hungary and Portugal.
This was announced by the Football Federation of Armenia.
The national team's first training session will take place on November 10.
Starting the camp today are:
Henri Avagyan - "Pyunik"
Ognjen Čančarević - "Noah"
Arsen Beglaryan - "Alashkert"
Kamo Hovhannisyan - "Ararat-Armenia"
Sergey Muradyan - "Noah"
Erik Piloyan - "Urartu"
Edgar Grigoryan - "Ararat-Armenia"
Artyom Bandikyan - CSKA Moscow (Russia)
Narek Aghasaryan - "Urartu"
Karen Nalbandyan - "Alashkert"
Karen Muradyan - "Ararat-Armenia"
Narek Grigoryan - "Farul" (Romania)
Gor Manvelyan - "Noah"
Arayik Eloyan - "Ararat-Armenia"
Edgar Sevikyan - "Akron" (Russia)
Zhirayr Shaghoyan - "Ararat-Armenia"
Artur Serobyan - "Ararat-Armenia"
Gevorg Tarakhchyan - "Pyunik"
Georgiy Harutyunyan, Styopa Mkrtchyan, Eduard Spertsyan, Ugochukwu Iwu, and Hrant-Leon Ranos will be at the national team's camp on November 10, and Nair Tiknizyan on November 11.
On November 13, Yegishe Melikyan's team will face Hungary. Three days later, we will play the final match of the qualification stage at the opponent's home ground against Portugal.
