Murder Rate in Armenia Rises, Statistics Show

According to the National Statistical Committee, 42 cases of murder were registered in Armenia in the first seven months of this year. In the 12 months of 2024, 63 cases of murder were registered in the Republic, and in 2023, 55 cases. In the first seven months of the previous year, according to official information, 32 cases of murder were registered.

In the Republic, 44 attempted murders were registered in January-July of this year, while in the whole of the previous year there were 63, and in 2023, 55 cases.
