Armenian MOD Warns Media Over Disinformation Campaign

Information attributed to the RA Minister of Defence is being spread on websites of unknown origin and newly created ones, including a number of Azerbaijani media outlets, which not only has nothing to do with reality but is also in the genre of the absurd. It is impossible to call it "disinformation" even with a strong desire. This is reported by the RA Ministry of Defence.

"The source of the mentioned material and all other data have been transferred to the RA National Security Service for further proceedings.

The Ministry of Defence, in turn, will initiate appropriate processes (including the termination of accreditation) against those media outlets operating in the RA, which, being accredited in the Ministry of Defence, spread this false, obviously defamatory information, referring to a website of unknown origin and Azerbaijani media outlets," the statement reads.
