Armenia, Egypt Discuss Deepening Bilateral Cooperation

On November 2, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Vahan Kostanyan, met with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Egypt, Wael Hamed, in Cairo. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The interlocutors thoroughly discussed the implementation process of the agreements reached during the consultations between the foreign policy departments of the two countries in April of this year, emphasizing their readiness to cooperate in the fields of tourism, infrastructure, healthcare, and high technologies.

The parties highlighted the importance of convening a session of the intergovernmental commission between Armenia and Egypt in the near future, which will give a new impetus to the developing bilateral relations.
