Armenia Offers Condolences to Afghanistan After Quake

Armenia has expressed condolences to Afghanistan in connection with the victims of the devastating earthquake. "We wish strength and a speedy recovery to all those affected," the MFA's message reads.

To recall, the death toll from the 6.0 magnitude earthquake in Afghanistan has already passed 800. The number of citizens with injuries of varying degrees is more than 2000. The tremors occurred at night near the city of Jalalabad in eastern Afghanistan. The city has suffered serious damage.
