In 2026, it is planned to allocate 7 billion 4 million drams to the National Assembly of Armenia. The Minister of Finance of the Republic, Vahe Hovhannisyan, announced this on October 29, during the discussion of the draft state budget for 2026 at a joint session of the parliamentary standing committees. This, as the minister noted, is 68 million drams less than in 2025.
The funds allocated to the President's staff will also be reduced. It is planned to allocate 1 billion 618 million drams to the staff of the RA President next year. This is 40 million drams less than the figures for 2025.
Instead, an increase is planned in the allocations to the Prime Minister's staff. 25 billion 804 million drams will be provided, which is 1 billion 520 million drams more than in 2025.
