Grigoryan Meets New UK Ambassador to Armenia

RA Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Republic of Armenia, Alexandra Pamela Cowell.

Armen Grigoryan congratulated Mrs. Cowell on assuming the post of ambassador and wished her success for the further development and expansion of relations between Armenia and the United Kingdom.

Alexandra Pamela Cowell, in her turn, thanked for the warm reception and emphasized that favorable conditions have been created for the development of Armenia-United Kingdom bilateral relations, and she will make her efforts to further deepen bilateral cooperation.

The parties also referred to bilateral agenda issues, highlighting the new environment conducive to deepening economic cooperation.
