Armen Danielyan Appointed to Court of Cassation

By the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Danielyan, a member of the Supreme Judicial Council and a judge of the Criminal Court of Appeal, has been appointed as a judge of the Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation.

"Based on Article 166, Part 3 of the Constitution, as well as the National Assembly's decision NA-110-A of September 11, 2025 'On electing Armen Danielyan as a candidate for judge of the Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation':

To appoint Armen DANIELYAN as a judge of the Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation," the decree states.
