Court Postpones Ruling in Archbishop Mikael's Appeal Case

Judge Vache Margaryan of the RA Criminal Court of Appeal rejected the motion of Archbishop Mikael's defenders to examine the complaint through an oral procedure.

The judge decided to publish the judicial act on July 30, 2025, instead of July 24, 2025. He justified the change with the need to conduct an additional study, the court's workload, and to provide the defenders with the opportunity to file a motion for his recusal.
