Ararat Mirzoyan Meets Georgian PM for Strategic Talks

On November 14, within the framework of an official visit to Georgia, RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan was received by Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The interlocutors discussed efforts aimed at the continuous development of strategic partnership between Armenia and Georgia, which include both active political dialogue and the deepening of economic ties and interconnectedness.
In the context of promoting business ties, reference was made to efforts aimed at the effective realization of the transit potential of the two countries. In this context, Minister Mirzoyan also presented the agreements reached in Washington on August 8 on unblocking regional communication channels and the new opportunities that will be provided through their implementation. Minister Mirzoyan emphasized that the process is in line with the vision of the RA "Crossroads of Peace" project.
Ararat Mirzoyan expressed gratitude for Georgia's support for the established peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
The Foreign Minister of Armenia and the Prime Minister of Georgia exchanged views on international developments and other issues of mutual interest.
