Ararat Community Regains Ownership of Kindergarten Building

The property right of the Ararat community of Ararat province has been restored over the community kindergarten building with an area of 625.33 sq.m. and the 0.15878 ha land plot encumbered by it, located at 23/3 Barekamutyun Street in the Surenavan settlement.

Nikol Pashinyan made a post about this. "The cadastral value, approximated to the market value, is 22 million 248 thousand drams," wrote the RA Prime Minister.
