Apple to Send Delegation to Armenia to Explore Opportunities

On November 20, the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the USA, Narek Mkrtchyan, visited the Apple headquarters in Cupertino, where he had a meeting with Jason Lundgaard, Senior Director of the company's international cooperation division.
During the meeting, the ambassador briefly presented the Memorandum of Understanding on innovative partnership in the fields of AI and semiconductors between the RA and the US, signed on August 8, as well as the advantages of Armenia's technological environment and investment opportunities. Possible directions for cooperation and the prerequisites for Apple to operate in Armenia were discussed.
According to the agreement reached, Apple will soon send a delegation to Armenia to study the directions for the possible expansion of the company's activities.
The ambassador thanked J. Lundgaard for launching Apple's first educational program at the Armenian College of Creative Technologies (ACT). The parties stressed their readiness to continue working towards the expansion of the educational program.
