Annual Conference of Armenian Ambassadors Kicks Off in Kapan

The annual workshop of the heads of diplomatic service bodies of the Republic of Armenia in foreign states started on August 24 in the city of Kapan, Syunik province. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan delivered an opening speech, emphasizing the special nature of this year's workshop, which is regular but being held in a new situation for the Republic of Armenia and the region - under conditions of established peace.

The President of the Republic of Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturyan, addressed the meeting with a message.

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, delivered a speech, followed by a detailed discussion with him. The Prime Minister answered questions of interest to the ambassadors.

Other high-ranking government officials and members of the National Assembly were also present at the workshop.
